Best champions for camping a lane?

I'm not particularly fond of Trick2G, but I just watched a video of him explaining why camping mid and taking mid tower as soon as possible is an effective strategy for winning low Elo games, and it made alot of sense to me. My best jugnler by far is Wukong, but unfortunately he doesn't bring too much CC to ganks, so I'm thinking of trying out some new junglers. Here's a list of champions I thought of with CC to make camping easy:

What others might be worth looking into?

Panth, J4, or Vi. All of those will do the trick.

Anyone who has very strong forceful ganks at level 2/3 are great for camping a lane, especially if they're on a short cooldown. Any of those champions you mentioned would be good. However, some of those picks are riskier than others, such as Elise and Kha'Zix. I would like to add Xin Zhao to the mix, as he has strong ganks with Chilling Smite and strong tower pushing.
