Need help, gold 1 support

I only play sona first off. When I rose to gold 1, my win rate was really impressive (like 75%), I was always winning my lane, getting matched with plats every time, and doing great. However, ive been stuck here about a week now and the main problem is I sort of lost my ability to play. I used to flash in and make amazing plays but lately im just failing hard.

Anyways, my biggest problem is laning. Late game teamfighting, it's really good. I can help my team win even if I fed a lot early. My late game is so good that even when I fail a lot early I win enough to keep me around 50 lp gold 1. Anyways, in laning phase, I always win the trades. My side is always controlling the lane and keeping them at their tower. This is the main problem. Sona always pushes the lane with q and my adcs just auto and don't last hit. So we get stuck under tower, get ganked, or something else stupid happens like my adc tower dives and dies.

Basically, I am too aggressive in lane, and because we are winning too hard we get ganked and died or adc does something stupid and we die. I need suggestions to combat this. Should I be buying more wards early game? Should I try to hang back and let my adc die if they move up too much? Sometimes my adc will just all in at a stupid time and I do my best to 2v2 but in the end we get wrecked and die. Im not sure how to solve this.

Rush sightstone if you aren't. Rushing sightstone is a very very common thing. Have the gold to upgrade your spellthief/coin/whatever? Nah, buy the ruby crystal maybe (component of sightstone)

Sona doesn't have the same kind of peel as most other supports (excluding ult). What you bring is excellent poke/sustain. You're very vulnerable to ganks.

Perhaps do like I did and unbind the default ping buttons just to replace it with the quick versions. That way you won't have to mouse click to ping. Use pings to warn your teammates of the enemy jungler's presence asap. Reacting quickly can really help. Often I'll just ping jungler location anytime he shows up on the map even if it's not my problem (until mid game)

Pushing the lane for creep advantage/pressure/experience sometimes makes handling your enemy laners easier but yeah it exposes you to ganks. Knowing when to be aggressive and defensive is the mark of an intelligent player to me. Unfortunately for you the minion control is generally the ADC's responsibility in the duo lane. Slow pushing is generally the strategy to use the first few levels, where you push faster than your opponent to get windows with level advantages, but not so fast they can turret hug for free. When you're already stronger though freezing and zoning out your foes can win you games
