I'm a support main, and because of my friends telling me to learn more roles, I've decided to try jungling. I don't really know how to dive in and then get a kill out of an enemy, start at which camp, nor do I know when to gank a lane. Can someone give me some tips on jungling like runes and masteries and which champion is the best for starters. I have ww btw
MY suggestion would pick a champion you like the playstyle of, and continue to practice that champion. Gaining skill at 1 champ can help your skills overall in the role since you get comfortable with that champion. 
Is a very strong jungle, and has a good lock-down ulti a little less strong at single target suppression than WW's, but she's got a great engage tool on her Q too, and she is one of the best tank busters in the game. I would suggest trying her out and seeing if you like her.
I would also suggest warding properly as a jungle, and you can look at ward maps to see placement, which can help your team a lot in avoiding ganks. Try starting at the right jungle camps, and learning to time smites, and learning build paths. All those things are important, not just the ganking part. Ganking is very important too, but see if there are enemy lanes that have been pushed by enemies that are open for ganking. You can look up vids for more info online.
Quick tips,
When doing wolves/wraiths always kill the minis first
Only gank lanes that will make a difference (don't gank a lane that is 0-7 it won't help)
Try and get objectives after successful ganks (dragon,tower,ect.)
Don't be greedy with potions if you have extra gold when you go back, buy pots.
Buy 
when struggling to clear camps.
Always kill scuttle crap when it is up.
Start at the bottom side at either the gromp or the krugs at lvl 1
For champs use

For runes use attack speed reds, health per lvl yellows, magic resist blues, and either movspeed ad or attack speed quints.
Masteries are either 21 9 0, 21 0 9, or 21 6 3 depending on the champ.
