Please advise: Filling gaps in my rune collection

I have almost 20k IP and I'm looking to take advantage of the sale to fill in any major gaps in my rune collection. Since I generally buy champs with RP when they're on sale, I have funneled almost all my IP into runes, so I have a very good collection for somebody my level. But I would appreciate any suggestions for things that I'm missing. Right now I'm thinking I need some mana runes, but other than that I'm not sure what else I need.

Here's what I currently have. Everything is a full set unless I specify otherwise: For example, writing "(x4)" means I have 4 of those runes.

Marks Flat AD Attack Speed Armor Pen Magic Pen Hybrid Pen Flat Armor Crit Chance (x1)

Seals Flat Armor Flat Health Scaling Health

Glyphs Flat Magic Resist Scaling Magic Resist Ability Power Flat Cooldown Scaling Cooldown Mana Regen per 5 (x4)

Quints Flat AD Attack Speed Life Steal (x2) Ability Power Flat Armor Scaling Armor (x1) Flat Health Move Speed Health Regen per 5 (x2)

if you play think you might like yasuo get a total of 6 crit chance marks so you only need to get ie and statik shiv for 100% crit

if you like playing AP assassins that go in and out really quick like leblanc then getting flat ap seals could work if youre not afraid to lose some armor

if you like playing tanks in top/jungle Armor glyphs are good(i would only get these if you have a rune page you can use for specifically a full/almost full ad team)

if you play nasus a page with flat cdr glyphs and quints is invaulabe

if you like support gold or expierence quints are good

a third lifesteal quint is good since its useful on most ADCs

magic resist quints are good if you can make a page for against an almost full ap team(one of the least important)
