Why does Camille's ult stay around after she dies?
Tower dived a Camille today. My dive partner died to the tower because he was trapped in her ult even after she died. WTF. It should die if she does.

we complained about towers not doing enough so riot gave us a champion who keeps you in turret aggro
Same as veigar stun wall... doesn't go away if he dies. Not sure if jarvan's wall stays too
Her whole kit is screaming in your face that you should not tower dive her. She has a shield for 20% of her max health, making her less vulnerable than she might seem. She has a stun dash and with the tower a place nearby to immediately use it. She has a heal combined with a slow to prevent you escaping the tower aggro. And then her ult.
Just accept that there are champs with mechanics which clearly forbid you specific behaviour. Not to tower dive Camille is just the newest one.
To be fair, quite a few champs have ults like that. By all rights 
's ult shouldn't keep going after she dies since she "lost the duel", but sure enough it stays active.
We're making a 1v1 duel ult.
But if you win the fight the duel ult still doesn't go away.

Because when a camille player is low (like me) the only way to win a dive (or just 1 for 1 kill) you under turret is to try to keep you in turret aggro as long as possible. Why would you dive someone and then complain that you got punished for it>
What part of "by any means" do you not get? She didn't leave the circle and he wasn't dead yet so it remained. Makes perfect sense.
Because her body hasn't left the area
why should it vanish if she dies? the only way it vanishes is if the timer expires or she leaves her own ult... dying inside the ult changes nothing as she is still inside the ult...
why does Camille get a 20% passive shield that gets really dumb since most items grant resistance to the said type of damage and hp?
why can't it be 10% like most other champs? 
Because it's part of hex tech
It only goes away after 4 seconds or if she (her body) leaves the area.
I think it works like 's ult. It works like a debuff and it has specific duration.
