Riot, you missed a chance with Annie...

It would have been nice to see you use this opportunity to change the way Tibbers works. Right now, she just waits until her flash is up. Then she flashes in and ult/stuns with Tibbers. Very little counterplay.

In addition to the changes you're making, I would have liked to see something where she throws Tibbers up into the air, then he stuns or knocks up everybody in a decent-sized radius wherever he lands (regardless of her passive). Seeing it coming would allow the enemy team to scatter to try to get away from the giant flaming bear. Much counterplay.
