Stop making item reliant champions not item reliant

Seriously, everonye should stop asking for buffs for certain champions, which were supposed to be played with specific items. First it was Shapeshifters. Then it was Katarina. Just stop. People will still play them with those specific items and the result will be making the item neutral compositions much inferior.

If you can't go manaheavy champion, because you don't have mana item, then just simply move on something which works without mana, but buffing their mana gain will just make them absurdly overpowered if they get those items they were supposed to get the first place.
