Grab a Shadow champion early, Veigar or Malz doesnt matter, you only want them for that Shadow bonus. Target Kindred. Itemize your Kindred with AP and mana. Ideally Archangels+deathcap+anything. Ludens is a acceptable replacement to archangels. She will open every match with Shadow bonus>1shot something instantly>reset shadow bonus>1shot something again, and reliably carry you into late game EVERY TIME, even if you dont have a function comp.

She has three synergies, so you can fit her into a lot of comps. She's a pretty strong mid-game carry. If you're lucky to build a Gold one, properly built, it could be the game... except now, Olaf. So, you need something to pin Olaf down for her. Trap Claw, Qiyana stun, something beefy that might take Olaf a few seconds to work through...
