Woodland needs buffs, Olaf needs nerf.
Why not knock both out with one stone?
Woodland 3/3 cloned unit retains its items AND Woodland units can not be CC'd. Make Neeko have Mage on top of Woodland+Druid.

if you ever saw a 3 star neeko mage with 2 dcaps you wouldn't call for her to be a mage
all those suggestions are busted as fuck zed is 5 gold BECAUSE the clones retain their items and you want to have 4 units to clone themselves and retain their items lvl 4 8 units is not busted at all
olaf doesn't need a nerf get healing reduction and olaf falls over like a fly in a gust of wind

All of the Woodland units are bad, cloning their items would only be a big deal in early game/early mid game. Neeko with 2Dcaps and Mage? So she'd be broken just like every other mage in that scenario? If you ever saw a 3star Syndra with mage+ocean, Seraphs+Dcap+anything. Veigar with 2 Seraphs. As he just stands there in the back line perma launching double casted instant kills. Brand just casting once and your whole team dies. Neeko would be weaker than all of them besides Syndra and Taliyah.

Olaf is decent as a 2 star w/ the right items.. Woodland is fine too considering you get an extra unit for free.. Items stacking would be a bit op.
