Actually had that happen once. It's disgusting how strong locket is early, then you get the luxury of Pirate gold to boot.

Edit: Put blademaster on Graves and watch him go to town.

Edit: Doubly, you'd have to get gold off first and second creeps, 3 items on final creeps (it's rare but it can happen), have a spatula and Pyke off Carousel, get an instant 2 Graves, get offered Two Pykes before the end of the creep waves and GP offered at the first head to head wave plus level to 4 with a throwaway Fiora for BM synergy.
