Well he had a cxombined 1k ranked games in Flex and Solo Queue this season alone on that account, so I think it at least hit his main. Also this doesn't mean he got permab&, it may as well just be a chat restriction.

I can get the most Toxic people, people telling me to drink rat poison and kill myself because I was an underfed Twitch . People that literally die in the first minute, and go AFK so we can't remake, come back "to tilt you" and feed while calling us all bad players, pathetic and such.

No. The one time I received this was when I accidentally reported my friend instead and it went through because they said something to me jokingly.

It's super rare fwiw. I got two when I first started playing and didn't get another one for like.. a year. I thought my reports just stopped working because these insanely toxic people that have no business playin a game were still playing and didn't get punished. But then randomly I got the notification again. I think I've gotten 4 or 5 total in the few years I've played.

Just keep reporting. It takes a LOT of reports to get someone punished, and you only get the message if you're the last report. But some people don't report toxic people, so you're not usually the last one. That's why I have no sympathy for people who get permabanned and cry on the forums tbh. You have to try your hardest to get banned lol

had a game with a karma recently who said a similar thing but more specific, since I got countered early game as trundle fighting shen, and got none of the help i asked for within the first 13 minutes. still ended with the most CS on the team, and managing to actually get towers.

I don't just report anyone. Either it was someone I have already forgotten about, or the guy that literally told me to kill myself, spam pinged me throughout the game, and flamed me for picking an offmeta (and thus "useless") champion for about 5 minutes straight before I muted him. Pretty sure that's a rather easy case for the behaviour bots.
