reduce the time for drafting and placing champs in stage 1 minion rounds

there is no reason there should be 30 seconds to buy and place champs from the shop in stage 1 with so little gold in beginning rounds, the time it takes to fight the minions should stay the same but not the time that you get for buying and placing champs during the stage 1 minion rounds.

man u dont know maybe u can sleep for 10 or 20 sec and then get back and place ur units riot thinked of all xdd or eat
