So Riot released an item that is supposed to be for fighting vs CC (maybe glacials?)

...it's useless vs glacials.

So gonna just point out why the frozen stun needs a cooldown and shouldn't be able to stack, particularly with this item. If you put this item on ether your front line or maybe even your assassin or your backline, it'll work for -1- stun. So if Ashe auto attacks you and procs her stun, it'll pop the shield.... but the problem is... the shield is a 5 second cooldown and almost immediately after the shield breaks, you'll be hit with another auto attack that will freeze you. Even if you managed to get a quicksilver for every single champion, it would still be useless.

We ether need tenacity... or make it so that you can't be permastunned with auto attacks. ...or stunned at all. You could easily make it so that glacials apply an auto attack slow or something like that. Having your champions never allowed to move, is not a fun mechanic.

Riot.... stop ignoring us.
