Why is There No Report Function or Way to Look Up Matches?

I would love to have the ability to report someone for their toxic behavior, but you know there is no way to do it in this gamemode. I was playing TFT ranked with 2 other friends and I got to second place. There was a duo playing to and it was just against me and one of the duo players. The guy I was fighting was quiet most of the game up until his duo laner sat there are kept spamming QUIT! JUST QUIT! QUIIT! and he just kept spamming it the entire time. The mute all function wasn't working, I asked him to stop, and he just wouldn't stop. So then he calls me a loser, asked if I'm autistic, that I'm a p**sy, and more. Then his friend comes in and is toxic as well the entire rest of the game and this is a game mode with zero ability to report someone, unless there is and the gamemode bugged out on me. Maybe I'll file a ticket and see what happens, but Riot loves to support these types of players.
