I feel like its a problem when you dont even need to build blademasters or imperials to justify building a 2 star draven.

If you have a rageblade/bloodthirster its literally worth it. As long as your other units stay alive long enough for him to use his ability he will still just go hyper carry mode and slay 5 champions no sweat. god forbid they get a rapidfire too, then its honestly just ggez.

Nerfing his attack speed on his ability would be a good start, so he isnt already throwing axes at the speed of light from rageblade.

This will all change when the new item 1051 is introduced. Give it some time.

There are plenty of ways to counter Draven. My personal favorite is Braum item 3075 . He literally 3 shots himself.

If the enemy cant deal with a hypercarry then they can't be doing very good...

Take an extra Blitzcrank or an Akali or item 3046 on a champion or use Zephyr to remove them at the start of the fight.

Also, Vi will frequently use her ability to the farthest person in the back line.
