TFT Season End Ranked Rewards Update?

Back in July/August Riot told us that TFT was indeed getting season rewards for ranked, but they weren't ready yet to talk about what those were. The season is ending pretty soon and we haven't had an update on this in 2+ months. Has anyone heard anything from Riot that I missed? If so, please clue me in, or if someone from Riot can please provide an update.

It sounds odd, but without knowing what the ranked rewards are... it's blocking me from playing TFT Ranked. I don't want to put my current rank at risk if I don't know what I'd be losing out on for a demotion, or if I don't know what I should be striving for on a promotion to the next tier.
