Hexakill Uses Wrong Summoner Border (SR instead of TT)

Finally, a game mode for us Twisted Treeline players, but unfortunately people who play it are displaying their Summoner's Rift reward borders instead of what they unlocked for Twisted Treeline.

Please allow us TT players to finally show our borders in a game mode.
