TFT Win/Loss Points might be Broken at Plat

I just got promoted into Platinum, and it seems like the points awarded for wins/losses are busted. I'm not sure if they just changed something, but it might be near impossible to rank up when you hit Plat.

1st place got me +28 points. I think I got +16 for 2nd, but can't go back an see to confirm. It was light on the positive points, but that's not necessarily a problem. However, the losses are massive. I don't even want to know how bad an 8th place is.

6th place: -31 pts 7th place: -43 pts 8th place: ?? -50-65 is my guess

This means that you can really only rank up if you get an insane win streak because each loss requires 2-3 wins to make up the single loss. It makes you not want to risk playing once you hit Plat because you're more likely to get demoted easily. Even if you're good, RNG not rolling in your favor could easily have you lose over 50 pts.
