If you draw elise a lot it is a death sentence, esppecially early where you will be beat up every fight. If you get tier 2 there is no reason for any more elises, even with the shapeshifter bonus, because tier 3 Elise is worth 4 gold but costs 9. If the game keeps throwing Elise at you you cant build a decent team.
She's not meant to be strong in the late game, that's why she's a 1 cost champ. Build the demons around her up(Varus and Aatrox), or the Shifters like Shyvana/Gnar/Swain and throw in a Draven late game for the imp damage bonus.
her spiderlings also count towards damaging oponents avatar on winning, asuming there still alive. its not much but it adds up.
I just go demons and give elise supporting items.
Put Redemption on her so dying is a good thing.
elise exists in order to deal extra damage to your opponent when you win because of spiderlings.
I didnt know she did more damage too enemy LL's, that is worth knowing. The suggestion too build support items is irellevant too game balance, support items can be built on any champ. She is actualy makes less use of the stats than anyone as she doesnt have hp or any synergy with any stat.
Elise has to be weak because of her Demon/Shapeshifter combo. Both comps are extremely powerful, the fact that she fits into both is 95% of her power budget.
Shes a gateway to having a early game Shyvana powerspike before Aurelion Sol enters the rotation to complete 2/2 Dragon. Shyvana is one of the strongest carries right now, maybe THE strongest. So Elise can potentially be a big deal.
