, so of course it will be strong on its intended users...
Yet people are still going to go "omg stupid riot cant u see trynd will 'abuse' this OP OP"... But it's not abusing it; it's a niche rune to cater to a specific subset of champions with a certain playstyle...
Don't forget 5% bonus every time you dash/spin. Or infinitely stacking ad.
