back in the full AD meta rammus had something like a 47-48% winrate. Armor only works when there aren't ways to completely ignore it. item 3036 item 3071 item 3142 Darius etc

yes he is, but from my experience you still lose with him to full AD teams, feeling as if you're not tanky enough with 400+ armor and 4k+ hp :/
