It's almost impossible to get Kayle and Shyvana.

Shyvana is sorta contested but she's a tier 3 shouldn't be that hard to get.

Kayle is almost uncontested, yet I still see tons more Anivia and other tier 5 than her. Literally haven't seen someone pick Kayle since the last patch. I get Swains before Kayle and almost all the shapeshifter pickers take Swain.

yep, I needed kayle for my 6th noble buff in my last match, dumped 60 gold into rolling for her at level 7, and couldn't find a single one. Nobody had a kayle. Theres no reason I shouldnt have found ONE with 30 fucking rerolls

The difficulty to get Kayle causes the 6 noble composition to be basically imposible to put into play.
