Where is Wolf (Kindred)?

I have zero doubt that this has been brought up way back when TFT first came out, .. but why is Wolf not present for Kindred, only Lamb?

Riot August said he would add Wolf in Patch 9.14. Clearly he lied just to get people to shut up because a lot of people were upset Wolf wasn't with Lamb.
