Nerf stacked gold renekton
Renekton with dragon claw and phantom dancer is so ridiculously broken when he hits gold lvl 3, it has almost no counter play and is absurdly broken.

Glacial? Perma stun?
Gold stacked $1 champions can be reasonably strong in the right build. Only a few can carry. I've done what you describe with Diana (+ PD, Claw, Gunblade), can coast to the late game with just that. You'll need backup by then, and 3 completed items already on a unit worth only $5 max...
Just try to build a Red Buff on and ADC or tanky front line, or even better a 
on champs like 
.
If he can't heal he should be easier to handle.
I've never had too much trouble with Renekton, I often used it myself, always thought he was good but never seen him as something exceptional.
