Is Draven some kind of fucking joke?

Without RFC and PD still being a thing, I think you are going to see Draven lose a lot of power. Yordles, and glove items are going to wreck rangers, gunslingers and Draven.

Not any different than Quinn or Vayne or Jinx or Ashe or Tristana or .... you get my point.

Well, in my last game, I had a silver draven on my roster while building sorcs solely to deny the other 3 players in the game that were already trying to build him. Most of them I see build RFC, BT, and then some other item. So a heal cut would help, from there its like any hyper carry. You just pray your team has a high enough IQ to focus him at first opportunity.
