I made a post about this. Couldn't level up a Vladimir despite 30+ rerolls and no one using him except 3 copies. I got 3rd place a with a lvl 1 in play and 1 on my bench. How is it tactics if the game can just drop a champion out of the game? 5 copies of a lvl 1 champ until stage 6-4? Makes no sense.
nah, there is something wrong with this patch, Its noticable. If youre running specific comps the game will deny you certain champions.
Example: If you have 3/4 BladeMaster 3/4 Mystic 2+ Cloud
The game absolutely will not give you a Master Yi no matter how many times you re-roll @Lvl8+ You will only get him off the Carousel.
Running Ocean/Mage will also block you from 2starring Brand, you need to get a 3rd Brand off of Carousel.
