Should there be a No-Synergy Buff?

What if there was a buff that you can only get if you have 4 or 8 units that have no synergy? So as long as you have more than that unit count WITHOUT at least a bronze synergy buff, you get this buff instead.

I wouldn't expect the 4 unit synergy to be very strong because it is too easy to obtain 4 units that don't go together in any way. On the other hand, the 8 unit buff for this could actually be pretty decently strong because 8 units without any synergy is fairly difficult.

I also have no idea what this buff would be, so if you have any ideas leave me some comments.
