Take some power out of items.

Right now, items are better than synergies on a team. You can win with barely any to no synergy, but have a good tier 3 unit with 3 items who will completely demolish the enemy team.

I played a game where I had 6 nobles 2 guardians. That's a really good team. Everyone was level 2, some level 3. I was in second place. Why? Because a guy whose team had 0 synergies had a level 3 Pyke with double Spear of Shojin and a Guinsoos. He would dash, attack, dash, attack, dash, attack. It was an endless stunlock where I got locked out and died. There was no positioning that would've saved me. Despite him having no synergy (I double checked after the game, but forgot by the time I wrote this post) he still destroyed the shit out of me. It's just not fair. He doesn't need to strategize or think, he just used Pyke to destroy my team.
