give thornmail in teamfight tactics the proc of grievous wounds
the item is weak compared to other op items, it would make sense for it to apply grievous wounds just like the summoner rift version

What frustrates me is, Thormail doesn't feel tanky at all. Thornmail Poppy/Kass die in 2 sec to item-less teams.
make thornmail like the 
(no dragon claw icon) and make it 83% resistant to AA or some lower amount if thats too strong. i could careless about the reflection in TFT but theres no good opitions really for tanks besides warmogs for trying to tank AA, I guess 
works too but at that point its better off on your hypercarry most of the time.
