It a noble blademaster glacial guardian ranger gunslinger exile ninja comp. Now to explain how we get to its final form. To start:

Focus Vaynes, Fioras, Garens, and Dariuses

This gives you knight passive and noble passive.

During this time you want a spatula and a recurve bow on vayne to make blade of the ruined king which makes her a blade master.

Then you want to find a shen for the 3rd blademaster and a lucian that you sit on for the future.

With these 5 on the field you have a very decent noble, knight, blademaster and ninja passives.

From here you want to hit lvl 6 and find a Braum and a Ashe for the glacial and ranger passives. At this point you take the darius and garen out and add lucian, braum and ashe.

With this you have noble, blademaster, ranger, glacial, and ninja buffs.

Now you want to find a leona and hit lvl 7 to get a guardian passive and once you hit lvl 8 you want to find graves for the gunslinger passive.

Now during the game if you are lucky enough to find a Yasuo you replace fiora with him because you have 4 nobles already in Fiora Vayne Lucian and Leona all on the field but only need 3. Also Yasuo is a blade master so it works out perfectly.

Now this build in total gives you: Guardian, Exile, Noble, Blademaster, Glacial, Ranger, Gunslinger, and Ninja.

You dont want to play this all the time but if you find an early blade of the ruined king on your vayne I really suggest you try it out.

Now when it comes to items its RNG but if I had to say cores it would be:

Vayne: Rageblade, Bork, and PD or RFC Ashe: Shojin Fiora: Zephyr and Warmongs and later transfered to Yasuo Shen: Frozen Heart Lucian: Shojin Graves: Titanic Leona or Braum: Redemption or Locket

If you get combos for these items put them on those following champions.
