Except they try to keep a sequence (exception is Ninja I guess). 2-4(-6); 3-6(-9); 1; 2.

I get MF is a late game pirate though so it is like, "what's the point?". So hear me out, because it might just be imbalanced enough that Riot approves.

Step 1: Add Illaoi. Purple Tier. Pirate Bruiser. Her ability is the line tentacle slap, heals her (think Darius but straight line)

Step 2: add Pirate 6 buff point. 3 remains as is. 6 has a (Low?) chance of giving an item.

Step 3: ???

Step 4: Profit.
