Normal Mode: Missing a Reason for Trying to Win

There is no reason to play normal mode and care about where you place 1-8. In ranked, each place affects the LP gains/losses. In normal, I could care less if I get 1st or 8th. That's a problem. Something is missing here to provide any reason to care about winning or doing well. The simple and easiest thing to do, at a bare minimum for Riot to consider, would be to give you what EVERY other game mode gives you just for playing... Account XP and Blue Essence based on how well you do.

I think the Account XP is probably the most important, as I play a lot of TFT now, which means my Riot Account Level has not budged in over a month.

Today, it feels like I'm being punished for playing TFT because I have no account progression for the time spent playing League of Legends like I would if I was playing SR, TT, ARAM, ARURF, etc.

I know the things you buy with Blue Essence and loot boxes from level ups are all focused on non-TFT, but Riot could easily add something TFT related for Blue Essence like making Eggs options or allow your SR skins to be used on your TFT champions (I have ideas on this, but it'd be a separate discussion beyond just helping Normal mode have a reason to try to win).

Eggshell dust. Collect a ton of it, forge with BE to make a locked egg, use a key to open it. Only drops upgrades to Little Legends you already have.

Actually nevermind, it's a cosmetic, so it should be EggShell Dust (Henceforth ESD) + OE = locked egg. This way ties the grind for Little Legends into League's other semi-monetized systems, keys and chests, while also providing incentive for players who have little real money to spend to continue playing TFT to grind ESD and max out the little legends they do have.
