Is PD bugged? Real question
I just saw a Lucian dodge no exxageration like 50 autos from my gnar with Guinsoos. Are guinsoos autos considered crits? He dodged every one of them.

PD gives you like 90% evasion. It is overperforming its desired intent. Pretty guaranteed itll be bugfixed.

was a Sword of the Divine involved? Cause that can give 100% crit chance for a fight, resulting in 100% misses vs PD
I feel like it is. I had a 1* zed miss like 6 autos in a row.
Only counter I know is building
