Buff runaan hurricane
like how does it do anything at all? the old one increased DPS by 100%,. this one by 25%? it is so useless compared to other items like shojin and rapidfire cannon.

Give it to ashe on a ranger comp and glacial active...

Spatula items double the raw stats. In other words, it's a 30% AS item instead of the 15% it was.

Try Runaan's with Red buff.
