like how does it do anything at all? the old one increased DPS by 100%,. this one by 25%? it is so useless compared to other items like shojin and rapidfire cannon.

Spatula items double the raw stats. In other words, it's a 30% AS item instead of the 15% it was.
The arrows apply on hits.....

Try Runaan's with Red buff.

rangers abuse shiv, therefore getting runaan on them is hard and not optimal. Gunslingers effect does not proc on runaan, making it bad for gunslingers too it does a measly 25% part of damage and even if you have red buff, so what if another target is being dealt measly damage with a hp debuff? its much more worth to get shiv.

If a gunslinger uses it, they can hit up to 4 targets up to twice each, applying more debuffs.

I use Runaan's on Draven.

It's hard to see it proc when your champ is phaging out from 4 shooting additional targets and possibly even having Blademaster buff.

P.S. Draven is a Blademaster, not Gunslinger.
