Soraka is probably the worst unit in the set considering her tier
Can't even call her good for her synergies either.

idk. i like that she prevents mana gains. she was super powerful when i was playing warden mystics against doublecast mages.
soraka is always carrying my light comp tho
he AI or script make her god tier or crap tier, his aoe should be like yasuo and target a high priority champ.

As a standalone unit she won't bring too much, but if invested into slightly with a seraphs, shojin or maybe the ocean tile then she gets her ult off quickly which can change a match. She usually just takes a little long to get it off. Light works particularly well for her and I frequently invest items into her as a more supportive 2nd carry.
She's also fairly easy to 3 star since no one picks her up.
