Comparisons using 1g to 1 item are stupid and don't make any sense

People are expecting that RNG will always favour them and grant them 3 items in the first 3 rounds. Key word here being "favour".

What a fair comparison should be based on is the average expected items you are to get, not outliers. Comparing outliers is not reasonable as it is not proven that 3 is the max amount of items possible from the first 3 rounds.

It is more likely that 1 - 2 items is the average items one should expect. In that case the comparison based on the scenarios should be rather an item is worth 5g/2g respectively.

1g =/= 1 item, 2 items, or 3 items

Its inferior to all of them. That's the core of the complaint. Hell even 5 gold has difficulty matching it, even if you're guaranteed 9 if you fail to get money every round its not going to match 3-9 items. Gold can upgrade units/levels but you're guaranteed nothing wheras items you can control their RNG somewhat through carosel and items always combine with other items, you can usually make items that are useful.

No, the core of the complaints is that 1g SHOULDN'T equal 1 item but they imply that it is equal to it at the time which is obviously false.

The point of this post wasn't to argue what should an item's value be, but to clarify that other arguments are using nonsense to argue their cases. Perhaps learning to comprehend what a statement is saying is necessary for you before you post your cries.
