i feel like forming your own team takes FOREVER because people join, see one role missing, and then leave. constantly. i've had 4 different jungles and 10 different adcs in this team builder. its like people don't realize that leaving queues only makes everyone wait longer.
You should play jungle or support. You can find games nearly instantly and you can switch teams if you don't like your comp.
The whole point of Team Builder is to give you more choice. Are you sure you don't want to just play Normal Blind Pick?
I agree. I agree with the idea that people should be able to leave troll team comps, but 3 leaves should put you in a 30 second delay, another leave a 1 minute, etc... it should be super harsh but people shouldnt be able to mass leave

Apparently they don't realize that this has been in place since the beginning of Team Builder. If you leave too many lobbies in a short time, it will make you wait before requeueing. Try it yourself if you don't believe me.
Part of the appeal of Team Builder is that you can pick who you want to be teamed up with. For instance, maybe you're looking to practice a particular ADC/support combination, or you just don't like having certain champs on your team. If you want to get into a match very quickly, play Blind Pick. Or play the roles that are harder to fill (support/jungle right now).
