The problem with all of the 'for fun' game modes
is that absolutely no one plays them for fun. They find the most overpowered things and they spam the shit out of them until they're so overplayed that no one has fun.

It's because completely decimating a team with overwhelming power is really fun.
Unfortunately most people don't really play this game for fun. You're probably never going to see anything that isn't Darius, Heimer, Vel'Koz, Morgana etc. in OFA.
I've played a good deal of OFA since it came out two days ago. I don't have a huge champion selection currently, and this has allowed me to play a bunch of champs I would normally have to wait for free rotation. I'm learning a lot as well. I can honestly say that I haven't seen a whole lot of repeat champions being played so far. The only gripe I have is the insane amount of people ducking in the banning phase of champion select. I guess once their favorite champion is gone, they just quit. It's a shame really, because I am having a lot of fun playing this game mode. It's just too bad that it takes a few queue ups to get a game going.
Of course I am also not a huge dickhead who gets bent out of shape if I don't win, much less have a positive KDA.
All I can say is that if you aren't having fun with OFA, then pull your panties out of your crack and lighten up Francis.
Mirror mode was "for fun" and perfectly balanced. I miss mirror mode.
