Can we please have a Normals mode that says "Don't Care if Win or Lose?"

I'm tired of queuing into a Normals Draft game only to have players feed or grief, then exclaim "LOL ITS JUST NORMALS BRO". I want to practice and win games because I did well with other players with the same mentality, not lose because some random decides that he wants to troll a game. My internet has random ping spikes that make it too risky to play Ranked where the stakes are higher than Normals and Normals Draft is the next best place to play somewhat competitively.

Today I played with someone who was like this, but I haven't seen one like that in 4 or so months. It's because I play well, and I keep myself in a higher elo. So the legit solution to this is "git gud."

But yea, if your internet is a real problem then you probably shouldn't play league until it's fixed. Your effected performance will make games like this more frequent and it's gonna make the problem worse.
