Seriously Riot? In a game mode that's entirely random and focused on teamfighting and objectives, you want us to try and CS? Sure, if you have good waveclear you can just use that, but if you get a bad streak you'll get so many melee, non-waveclear champions that you'll take forever on this step.

CS translates to gold, you should always go for it, even in Arams...did take me 3 games yesterday to get ~220 and almost a third of those i got on nocturne. For the Graves challenge even in the very best case (3wins) you need at least 3 Games - so it´s roughly even. Considering you have 6days i donßt think 1-2arams a day are too much, especially considering it´s weekend for most people.

I believe this is changing the game mode too much, it's affecting the gameplay dramatically. When you play a ARAM game, some people don't even participate in team fights. It's making the game mode not that fun because you get stuck with teammates who only do the quest objectivies. All the other quests are fine in my opinion but this one isn't acceptable.
It's not that hard. I got 147 cs alone as Kayle with nothing but hurricane and nashor's tooth.

I got my 200 CS in 1 game. I got 4 friends we went in a Skype call and helped each other get the icons. I got 200 CS as Anivia in one game. its much easier if you have friends who will let you cs.
I made 93 in a Mordekaiser game, just walk up and E+Q. It's hard if you play mainly melee or tanks as walking up for cs can cause certain death. Other than that i feel it's pretty easy, most people don't even clear minions and want to fight 24/7.
