Has this or is this currently happening to everyone? How can I get the icon?

u will get in 1-2 days for sure lol. That is what RIOT will do with icons
Took me a few hours to receive mine, be patient.
Wait at least 72 hours before the QQ.
It's been almost 22 hours for me and I haven't got it yet.
I suppose I'll listen to Kira and wait a little longer.
It took a couple days for me to get my icon.
