Team Builder Idea

I just have an idea, but to help match making in TB to be better in your favor, why not let the captains of the team have a list that they can select certain champions on the list, and match making will ignore TB parties with those champions? That way, since you want to play a Sona mid or one champ that is banned every time, but still don't want to play against teams that have the absurd, broken champions on them, it helps everybody. What do you think, good or not?

I know it can probably result in longer wait times, and the players you get on your team can dispute your choices of what players you ban, but wouldn't this be better for everyone?
