I remember when the community asked riot to make ARAM a thing. After sometime riot actually made a permanent queue for it. So I am asking, why can't URF be a permanent mode too? It was the most fun game mode I have ever played, and the only one I actually enjoyed besides ranked

Temporary modes are fine because in the end they go away, a new permanent game mode however would take players away from the other ques and cause even more numbers issues.
Of course then there's the argument of "why not just do it for the servers that can handle it?", and then you get to flak from accusations of exclusivity, catering to certain regions, yada yada.
ARAM didn't run into these issues because it was already a game mode made by players through customs and simply proved it could be a que already.

The problem is that we can't do such a game mode through customs like URF, since the lol platform doesn't support a lot of things to players for create. I would prefer taking away both dominion and ARAM for URF by far, and I think a lot of people would agree. Or making URF for customs games would be also good.

I think this would be also a good idea too. But if riot only made URF for custom games would already be great by now. I think the community prefers much more URF instead of ARAM and dominion

I don't remember of Karthus being perma ban. Also, this is not true. Only this few champions were actually problems. Maybe one or two more, but not that much as you said. Let if so we can make custom games with urf at least

It is a fun game mode. Isn't supposed to be totally balanced. The champions who were stupid to play against were permabanned.

Hec was fun, Skarner was fun, Poppy was fun. But then everyone was using them and then they got perma-ban. What the point of a mode for "fun" when every champ is ending up perma-ban due to not being fun to play against.

Every champ no, as I said, most of the problematic champions were banned.

Like the only champions who weren't cancer during URF were 
, and that's only because Rumble gets worse with CDR and Yasuo was pretty much the same champion.
