Global EVERYTHING, all abilities, autos, spells, etc all work at a global range. Heatseeking Annie Qs from across the map, Ashe W carpetbombing, Irelia dashing from top to bot lane, Evelynn Q slowly surging through the map. Ezreal is everywhere. This is the craziest idea I've had in a while. EDIT: Okay, maybe not autos.

starts game with E, moment the wall is down, he presses E, "Pentakill"
Ezreal uses E to go to base, heal up then E's back to lane without losing anything.

I think it would be cool honestly. You start basically and stay in your fountain until you think you can safely leave to push.
