Idea for new queue

In the future could there possibly be a lobby for solo players only. Personally about 90% of my games are solo queue. But i feel pressured to play ranked because of the better balancing system for levels. Blind and draft normals run the chance of pre-made parties where 3 diamond ranks are helping a bronze 2 get some wins. This happens constantly (not exactly the same ranks but you get the point). So a solo only queue would help a lot especially if it were ranked also.
