WE NEED A COOL IN GAME SUMMONER HUB!!! Lets get some personalize in Here!

We need a hang out hub!!!!!! Imagine customizing an avatar/summoner! (since we're all actually summoners not the actual champion ;D) OR you go in as your fav champion. Then you get to go to a hangout hub where you can chat with people, sign up for teams or custom games, where you can meet up with all your friends, Maybe even a customized room that you can go to to hangout with your team and discuss stuff with your avatars. It would be like the center for league where all the champs are living while not killing each other. Maybe even be able to visit the champions rooms that you have unlocked or something.
