Why haven't you deleted blind pick yet?
You've refined Teambuilder so much now I think its time to make it the one and only Summoners Rift normal Queue, Other than draft.
(keep draft and Team builder, take out Blind pick.)

Blind pick is nice for new players without enough champs to play draft mode. Teambuilder is not going to be the normal que since you have to wait 10 days to play something that isn't support. You don't like it, don't play it, but you don't have to force others to do things your way.

I vote no. Because team builder inherently discriminates against those that don't play the meta.
Blind pick is perfect for the Que that i want to play in. 1-2 min Que times, your in a game in less then 5 min. I play w/e champ i want in w/e role i want. In teambuilder i'm kicked or people leave 1/2 a second after they see my ashe support.
If you removed the ability to kick/leave and the captains admin i would consider your proposal. In it's current form teambuilder should also be called "Sheepbuilder".
I see no reason to play blind pick over other modes, but I don't like playing on SR anyway. As a response to the long wait times, that's just how matching works with that kind of set up. Look at any MMO with dungeon finders, the less played roles have faster queues because everyone wants to play the dps classes. I don't know if I agree with removing blind, but it barely affects me either way since there's no team builder, or viable draft pick, for dominion.
I don't see any significant benefit of removing it. And also we need Blind Pick for New Players who have less than 16 champs.
I prefer blind pick becase i know who i am going to play before the match even starts . I just play them in whatever lane is open.
Its a video game its played for fun. you win some you lose some its not a big deal.
Random que is in normal's and ranked its about the journey not the destination or a military meta exercise. If you want that stay in team builder or form your own team and stay out of random que.
Until team builder removes all the administrative aspects ( team captains , kicking etc ) i see no point in it .
anyone who joins random que and expects the same military meta precision you get form forming your own team is delusional.

Just because you don't play the meta does not make you a troll. I make it a point to not play the meta because i find it boring as hell.
If me not playing the meta ruines your games then by all means, go play "sheepbuilder". That's what it's become. And now that's what it's for. Just leave my blind pick alone.

I voted no.
Why? Well because I like all of the modes for different things. I've used team builder when I want to play a specific champion in a specific role and lane. Which I usually do while I'm alone. I tend to play Blind when I'm with friends and we tend to experiment a bit more in there with some off meta stuff, though I have done that in Team Builder as well. Then Draft I do if I want something more serious but not as stress filled as Ranked.
