URF is a game mode, Lee Sin is a champion, and they both started as a joke and shall forever remain as one no matter how hard they try.

So URF gets taken down after the rush period since a joke can only last funny for that long.

And not to mention URF is a mode, Lee is a champ, that means URF has more impact on the game as a whole and it must get taken down sooner or later, else as the joke origin and nature it will ruin the game one way or another, more so than Lee who is just a champ.

Right?

I agree.

But still, URF can't stay permanent it's just the nature of it.

I believe URF holds a place in all our hearts and getting rid of it leaves a deep hole that is only ever fulfilled when URF is available. Riot is literally killing a part of us if and when they remove URF. Lee Sin? Bah, who cares about him.

I don't really see it being a permanent mode as it's just a joke to begin with.

If anything, put it in the custom map assets and call it a day or something, but other than that I don't really think it should be a standing mode.

Dunno, maybe I just don't get attached to it that much like some people, since for me it kinda gets dull after the 5th match or so.

It doesn't become dull to me because there's no meta, it's free reign to try and discover new possibilities, builds, champions etc. Aside from that aspect, playing a mode that's fast-paced, noob friendly and even anti-toxic due to everyone just having fun in this 'bonus' mode, makes you feel over happier and positive. It's like drinking an energy drink, coffee or drug. It doesn't get boring or dull for me, as I constantly played URF last year everyday until it ended. It's like playing a new game within your favourite game. It feels like it's more than just some 'buffs' to every character - it feels right. It's the most important thing Riot has created in their existence and for all us people who love URF, it feels like Christmas. I mean that sincerely, because today feels special - and everyday hereafter URF is in League of Legends.
