Now when URF is gone, i'd like to..
Thank Riot for implementing it this year! It was alot of fun!
Also I'd like to point few things that could be worked on on next event modes that are yet to come:

At the start of the mode create 3 "hidden divisions: bad, good, very good" and put players to one of the groups depending on their highest MMr from TT, Dominion, HA, SR, Ranked SR. That way event game mode won't turn into sealclubbing at the start.

If event mode has banning phase, then number of banned champions should slowly, yet gradually increase. Starting from 2-4bans to ~8-10. Why? Because players try to find easiest way to play and abuse game mode picking easiest champions. For example in URF: After few days playerbase noticed that Zed is really toxic to play against so they have started to ban him. Same thing with Shaco. [OR at the start of the champion select ban 10 random champions (maybe depending on their pick %)]

Don't be afraid to modify event in middle of event. (Like year ago, where You had to disable few champions from URF)

Try to create some kind of rewards for participating in event mode. Icons, runes, some very old skins, trinket skins. You have variety of stuff to give just so players would feel rewarded!

In event mode "Poro King" You guys have made active charts with numbers, W/L ratios, damage etc. Imo it was great and refreshing. Would be nice if every another mode has this.

Maybe make some "event mode days" where for 2 days per month players could play randomly chosen event mode? That could bring fresh air and lessen the "must-be-platinum-this-year" stress?

This is one is pretty important: Use our feedback. Use our imagination. Use our Ideas! "Maps & Modes" board section are full of creative people sharing their best ideas. Just look on ARAM, ARAZ, ABAM. It was made by random players. There are alot other fun modes you guys could use. All of them are here, in "Maps & Modes".
