I'm confused as to why the new Summoner's Rift has no background image in the loading screen.

Did I miss the memo somewhere? Is it going to come out at the beginning of Season 5?

I mean, we have a background for Poro King, and one for Ascension; they CAN be made. All I'd ask for is a simple backdrop of the new Summoner's Rift, you know, the beautiful mountaintop area that the map sits on that took months of work? Wouldn't you want that to be the shining image all players see as they're loading onto the Rift?
